Features:

Dual-mode design can be switched by one key.

Red Wuhuan group's continuous pursuit of technological innovation enables you to have two models with different displacement at the same time for the cost of one machine. Double working condition moving screw compressor, and strive to bring you more energy saving, more practical experience.

More powerful and energy-saving new air compressor host:

Two-stage compressor head, higher efficiency, more energy saving; Heavy-duty high-strength design, direct drive, quality assurance, stable and reliable; Optimal air compressor structure and reliability.

High-quality heavy-duty diesel engines:

High efficiency electronic injection high pressure common rail fuel system;

Supporting Cummins, Yuchai and other heavy-duty diesel engines;

Intelligent control system to accurately control the amount of oil injection;

Achieve the best power output in the full operation range;

More power, higher reliability, better fuel economy;

Meet National iii emission requirements.

Intelligent control system:

In operation, only need a button can switch two working conditions, a machine is equivalent to having two different models.

Intuitive display interface, multi-language intelligent controller, simple operation;

Real-time online display speed, air supply pressure, oil pressure, exhaust temperature, coolant temperature, fuel level and other operating parameters;

With self-diagnosis fault, alarm and shutdown protection function, to ensure the safe operation of unattended;

Optional remote monitoring system and mobile APP function.

Efficient cooling system:

Efficient and reliable system configuration to ensure the best running state of the machine; Independent oil, gas and liquid coolers, large diameter efficient fans, smooth airflow channels; Adapt to cold, hot and all kinds of extreme highland climate.

Large capacity heavy duty air filtration system and oil and gas separation system:

Whirlwind type high quality heavy duty main air filter, double filter, filter out dust and other debris particles in the air, to ensure that the diesel engine and air compressor host in bad conditions of the minimum loss, prolong the life of the machine; Whirlwind type high quality heavy duty main air filter, double filter, filter out dust and other debris particles in the air, to ensure that the diesel engine and air compressor host in bad conditions of the minimum loss, prolong the life of the machine;

High quality and reliable air compressor coolant and lubrication system

The chemical composition and physical properties of cooling liquefaction under low temperature and high temperature are stable without coking and deterioration. Multi-heavy oil filter design and constant temperature control can ensure minimum loss in harsh conditions and prolong machine life.

Rich customization options:

Optional double-working air compressor host and control system, to meet the efficient construction of various operations;

The optional low temperature starting system, the fuel coolant heater makes the temperature of the diesel engine coolant, lubricating oil and the whole machine continuously increase, to ensure the starting of the diesel engine in the cold and plateau environment;

Optional rear cooler to ensure that the exhaust temperature is not higher than the ambient temperature of 15°C;

Optional air pre-filter, to ensure high dust environment diesel engine and air compressor away from early wear; Optional remote monitoring system and mobile APP function, device management becomes easy.

Higher returns and easier maintenance:

A variety of innovative designs can effectively reduce the use cost of customers, greatly improve work efficiency. Increase the return on investment;

Mute housing and fully closed chassis damping design, smooth operation, lower noise;

Spacious fully open door panel, reasonable structure layout, so that the maintenance of air filter, oil filter, oil core becomes very simple;

The parts to be maintained and repaired have a reasonable peripheral layout within easy reach, and the pipeline and cable routing is clear and convenient to shorten the time and cost of downtime and maintenance.
